Sesame Jaggery balls (Tilgur)
Ingredients:
- 250g Jaggery
- 1 tablespoon Desi Ghee
- 50g Sesame seeds
- 100g Peanuts
Procedure:
- Take a pan, put the jaggery in it.
Heat it well so that the jaggery melts.
- Put the ghee and stir till the lumps
mixes well.
- While the jaggery melts, use another
pan to roast the peanuts and sesame seeds.
- Crush the roasted peanuts and sesame
finely. After that, put those into the melted jaggery and mix it well.
- Keep the mixture hot and make balls
with it while it's still hot. If you let it cool down it may not form proper
balls.
- Let the balls cool down and enjoy them fresh and tasty.
