and nutritional too, isn’t it? So today we have the recipe of Watermelon-Mint Juice.
Did you know that having fresh fruits daily in the morning boosts antioxidants, reduces heart disease and
they are an excellent source of vitamins
and minerals? That sounds amazing, doesn’t it?
Ingredients: 1 Bowl chopped Watermelon (without seeds), 1tsp Honey, 1/4th tsp Black Salt, 1tsp Lemon Juice, Few Mint Leaves
Procedure:
1. Add cubed watermelon along with black salt and lime juice to a high-speed
blender jar and blend it for 15 seconds.
2. Add few ice cubes, honey, lemon juice and fresh mint leaves in a blender
and blend again for a few more seconds.
3. If you wish to have a pulp less drink then pass the juice through
fine-mesh sieve. Otherwise you can serve it without straining as well.
4. Pour the watermelon juice in tall glasses.
5. Garnish the juice with some mint leaves and serve with ice. Enjoy!
The Heal-thy Take:

Lycopene is an inhibitor for various inflammatory processes and also works as
an antioxidant to neutralize free radicals.
2. Lemon juice boosts immunity and is an excellent source of vitamin C.
