IMMUNO-DRINK
You might have noticed that we are going through the second wave of the pandemic. The cases are increasing and the physicians and medics are toiling day in and day out to aid us. In this unprecedented situation, it is advisable to take precautions and boost our immunity. But when we scroll through the internet, there are so many food items with fancy names and we mess up and give in to the temptation. So welcome to our recipe blog, a place where you can discover all the food that enhances your diet and your immunity.
It is often suggested that starting your morning with something lively gives you a robust start. So, we present our Immuno Drink to have a fresh and strong start to your morning.
Ingredients: a cup of water, 1tsp Haldi, 1tsp Chia seeds, 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder, 1tsp Honey, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, mint leaves
Procedure:
1. Take a spoon full of chia seeds and soak it in a bowl and put it aside.
2. Take a bowl, pour some water into it and let it boil for a few minutes.
3. Add 1/4th tsp of turmeric powder and 1/4th tsp of cinnamon powder to the boiling water and let it simmer.
4. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of honey to it and mix it well.
5. Filter your concoction using a sieve and add the soaked chia seeds in it. To complement the flavour, add some mint leaves.
Your healthy Immuno Drink is ready!!
