Read When You are feeling Anxious and Scared about the Pandemic Situation


 Hey there. The Biggest Question right now in your mind might be "When will this end?" An uneasy environment has set in everywhere. Things are falling apart everywhere. At this point, it is okay to feel anxious and scared.

In such moments, remember to stop. Breathe in and out.  Do something that makes you happy, imagine a safe space, a memory that calms your nerves. This situation is very overwhelming and it’s hard to keep moving when things are falling apart, but please have high hopes and faith- things will definitely get better.

 Limit how often you check for updates. Constant monitoring of news and social media feeds can quickly turn compulsive and counterproductive—fueling anxiety rather than easing it.  Step away from media if you start feeling overwhelmed or consider limiting it.

 At this stage, Take good care of yourself and all those around you. Check up on your friends and family and make them feel better, talking to someone during this time is optimum. You are doing great! Cherish yourself, for handling the situation so well. We all will fight these difficult times together.
